    Messaging Policy & Consent

    Artisan Home Network is fully committed to complying with all A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) regulations, TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) requirements, and CTIA messaging guidelines.

    Opt-In Process: Users explicitly opt-in to receive SMS messages by actively checking a consent checkbox on our contact forms. This checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

    Message Content: Messages are strictly related to the user's real estate inquiry, including agent match confirmations, scheduling, and relevant real estate updates.

    Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the user's inquiry, typically 2-5 messages per interaction.

    Strict Anti-Sharing Policy

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

    All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease your opt-in consent or phone number to any external marketing agencies.

    Opt-Out & Help Instructions

    To Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to immediately cancel and unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
