We provide a real estate referral and agent-matching service for buyers, sellers, investors, and referring agents in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a form on this website, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (mobile and/or landline)
• Property information (address, type, estimated value where provided)
• Real estate situation details (buying, selling, investing, referring, market, budget, strategy)
• SMS opt-in consent status, including the date and time consent was recorded
• Any additional details you voluntarily provide

We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, referral sources, device type) to improve site performance. We do not use tracking cookies for third-party advertising.

• Improve our matching process and service quality
• Comply with applicable real estate licensing, TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and disclosure requirements

4. SMS / Text Message Communications — A2P & TCPA Compliance

Express Written Consent Required

By checking the SMS opt-in box on any form on this website, you expressly consent in writing to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Artisan Home Network at the mobile phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of receiving our services.

Message Frequency

Typically 2–5 messages per inquiry, including a welcome confirmation, agent match notification, and follow-up check-ins. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out — Reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation and no further SMS will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Consent Record Retention

We retain SMS opt-in consent records for a minimum of 4 years from the date of consent, as required for TCPA and A2P 10DLC compliance.

Carriers

Wireless carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our SMS program operates in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC carrier registration requirements.

5. How We Share Your Information

Your contact information and situational details are shared with the licensed real estate agent matched to serve your needs. This agent may be affiliated with Marr & Caruso Realty Group LLC or another licensed brokerage within our referral network.

We use the following service providers to operate our platform:

• Twilio — SMS delivery and opt-in/opt-out management
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — CRM, lead routing, and automation

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
• Opt out of email communications at any time
• Withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

10. Do Not Call & Do Not Contact

We respect National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry registrations and maintain an internal DNC list. To be added, email privacy@artisanhomenetwork.com with "Do Not Contact" in the subject line. Requests honored within 10 business days.

11. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
