1. Services

Artisan Home Network is a licensed real estate referral service operated by Franco Malagisi (CT: RES.0836613 | MA: 9631516-RE-S), affiliated with Marr & Caruso Realty Group LLC. We connect buyers, sellers, investors, and referring agents with licensed real estate professionals in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Artisan Home Network does not represent clients directly in real estate transactions. We facilitate introductions and referrals to licensed agents and brokerages within our network. All real estate services are provided by the receiving agent/broker, not by Artisan Home Network.

2. Agent Referral Program

When a licensed real estate agent submits a referral through the Artisan Home Network program, a referral fee is payable to Artisan Home Network / Marr & Caruso Realty Group LLC at the time of closing. The standard referral fee is 25% of the gross commission earned by the receiving agent on the referred transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the referral.

A signed written referral agreement is required between the licensed parties prior to introduction of the client. Referral fees are due only upon a successful closing. No fee is owed if the referred client does not complete a real estate transaction.

The referring agent confirms, by submitting a referral, that their client holds an active license (where applicable) and has expressly consented to be contacted by Artisan Home Network and the receiving agent. Referral fees will be paid by the receiving broker to Marr & Caruso Realty Group LLC within 5 business days of closing.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Artisan Home Network makes no guarantee that any referral will result in a completed real estate transaction, specific sale price, purchase price, investment return, or time-to-close. Matched agents are independent licensed professionals — their performance, conduct, and results are their own.

We endeavor to match clients with qualified, active, licensed professionals, but make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any real estate transaction.

4. SMS & Communication Terms

By submitting any form on this website and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive automated text messages from Artisan Home Network at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies — typically 2–5 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not required to receive our services. For full SMS policy details, see our Privacy Policy.

By submitting any form, you also agree to be contacted by phone call or email regarding your real estate inquiry.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when submitting any form on this website. Submission of false license information, fabricated client details, or misrepresentation of your role in a transaction may void any referral arrangement and could constitute a violation of applicable real estate licensing laws.

You may not use this website to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, or engage in any activity that could damage or impair the site or its services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artisan Home Network, its owners, employees, and affiliated brokers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, reliance on its content, or any real estate transaction facilitated through a referral from this service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of any referral fee paid or received in connection with your transaction.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hartford County, Connecticut, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
